This is a band that refuse to be restrained musically or physically...and you will most likely see them atop the bar, your table, or even on the roof of The Arches Venue!!!! As a band they recently exploded onto the scene with their brand new debut album ‘This Is The Life’. The band originally formed in 2015 paying tribute to the greats of Classic Rock such as AC/DC, Guns N Roses, Metallica, Motley Crue and more but it wasn’t long before they started introducing their own songs and secured a large fanbase in the West Midlands area! Throughout their career White Tygër have gigged relentlessly around the Midlands and beyond, selling out some of the larger more established venues multiple times, performing wild and crazy shows involving pyrotechnics, dancers, wild antics involving audience members and much more that needs to be seen to be believed! In 2023 the band were voted winners of the Hard Rock Hell Rising Stars Award, and burst onto some of the UK’s major music festivals such as Firevolt and more!! They have also spread out across the UK and abroad and even landed some impressive support slots, opening for the likes of Love/Hate, Vince Neil and Chris Holmes (WASP). The debut album itself is a fierce mix of Old School Rock from the 70’s/80’s and early 90’s with a modern twist! With the bands influences ranging from straight out Classic Rock to Sleaze Hair Metal, straight up Heavy Metal and Modern Metal styles too it’s fair to say they don’t allow much room for ‘pigeonholing’. They have received very positive reviews from ‘This Is The Life’ by respected critics, radio presenters and musicians alike and are tipped for big things in the future. In 2023 the band joined forces with Tower Rock Management under the watchful eye of Greg Dean and The band are looking to make a big impact on the upcoming Rock scene! | |
